We are a UK Based company. We provide a simple and efficient shipping option to ensure your orders are delivered promptly, no matter where you are located across the UK, EU and USA. All items are dispatched with global tracking, ensuring you can monitor your order every step of the way. We partner with a reputable courier to guarantee reliable and timely delivery.

Europe

For customers in Europe, we offer "Express International" shipping at a flat rate of £7 - £10.00 GBP. Your order will arrive within 2 to 11 business days.

United Kingdom

If you're in the United Kingdom, our "Express" shipping option is available for £3.75 - £4.50 GBP, with delivery expected within 2 to 4 business days.

United States

For our customers in the United States, we offer "Express International" shipping for $8 - $13.00 USD, with delivery times ranging from 2 to 11 business days.

These express options are designed to provide quick and reliable delivery, ensuring you receive your orders in a timely manner.

 

OTHER INFORMATION

  • PO BOX ADDRESSES: Sadly, due to the terms of postage, we are unable to ship to PO Box addresses as we require a recipient at the shipping address to be available to receive the item. If you are unable to receive your item on the day of delivery, the courier will leave a card with instructions on how to arrange a redelivery, or collect from your local depot.

 

  • DUTIES AND TAXES: Countries may impose a customs duty and import tax on goods from abroad. These customs duties and import taxes are beyond our control, and are paid to the governing state of the country in which you reside. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or future accommodations for customers receiving customs duties or import taxes. If you are unable or simply do not wish to pay the customs fee, your package will be returned to us. Upon receipt at our facility in the United Kingdom, you will be refunded for your order. Edition Beauty is not responsible for any packages gone missing due to leaving it with a neighbor or in a safe place with the instructions you have left with the driver.

 

  • IF YOU WILL NOT BE AT HOME: All orders require a signature on delivery. If you are not there to sign for your parcel, our delivery company will leave a telephone number for you to call to make alternative arrangements. To ensure secure and undamaged delivery of your order, our delivery company will not be able to leave your order 'hidden' at the address.

 

  • Base shipping rates and times are from the date of dispatch. Times are subject to change due to routine checks by excise and customs officers.

 

  • Edition Cosmetics Ltd does not accept liability whatsoever for any delayed deliveries caused by a third party.

 

  • Please ensure that you provide the correct delivery address, as we are unable to accept responsibility for undelivered items due to incorrect address information.
